Absolutely ridiculous! A child comes in with 7 inches of hair and leave with a buzz cut not asked for. Furthermore the hairdresser was rude and unapologetic.

She did a good job with the hair cut.
Only 2 women were working. They stood around talking to the men that they were cutting their hair. The place was full. I signed in online. It said to be there at 4:30. It was around 5:30 before they called me. I had a coupon for a free hair cut. I will not go back again.

Again with the mobile app. it first said that it's a almost 3 hour wait I checked it and 30 minutes later and the app. says 28 minutes until batters up. I wish that it was someway to remedy this situation. If I had not have checked my phone I would have missed my spot ????
