Sports Clips is always kept neat and clean. Jessica did a great job and made sure she knew what I expected as an end result.
No negatives so far as this visit. It seems like Sports Clips has fewer chairs staffed lately. Wati times have been longer than I've experienced in the past. The app takes a lot of the inconvenience out.

They just don't get it! I continue to ask them to NOT cut it too short. Don't take anything off the front... Etc. She kept telling me that she always takes very little off 1st, because you can always take more off. She just kept cutting and talking. Then asks is it right? With the hair wet, how can you tell? 3rd time within last 7 months. Going to be my last.
